Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead AI-enabled delivery initiatives across global teams. You will plan milestones, manage risks, and keep multiple workstreams on track, delivering results with disciplined execution.

You will partner with internal stakeholders and external partners, guiding cross-functional teams, shaping staffing, and continuously improving delivery processes while maintaining quality gates across delivery stages.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical engineering field.
• 2+ years in Senior/Lead/Manager/Owner roles.
• Experience delivering projects with 5+ full-time team members.
• Strong capability in solution architecture with hands-on AI experience.
• Hands-on Python scripting and base knowledge of core AI technologies.
• Experience in Digital Project Management and cross-functional delivery.
• Knowledge of Delivery Management for cloud platforms and related infrastructure.
• Experience in Digital Marketing Project Management supporting campaign delivery.
• Proficient English (B2 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery aligned with company goals.
• Serve as the central contact between internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Define delivery plans with timelines, milestones and resourcing.
• Track multiple projects, identify risks and coordinate rapid mitigations.
• Build client partnerships and align on changing priorities and delivery expectations.
• Remove impediments and improve delivery processes and methods.
• Ensure quality gates and controls throughout delivery stages.
