Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee AI initiatives and keep delivery predictable, transparent, and aligned with priorities.

You will partner across the organization, balance scope and resources, and manage stakeholders through the full lifecycle. Responsibilities include planning with achievable timelines, managing multiple efforts, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical delivery or engineering leadership.
• 2+ years in senior/lead/manager roles.
• Experience managing teams of 5+ full-time members.
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture and AI basics.
• Proficient in Python scripting.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and cloud environments.
• English proficiency at B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery from start to finish, ensuring outcomes align with business objectives.
• Serve as liaison between internal groups and external partners across projects.
• Plan delivery work with realistic timelines, checkpoints, and resources.
• Manage several concurrent efforts, detect risks, and resolve issues quickly.
• Lead status reviews and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders.
• Strengthen client relationships and align on evolving requirements.
• Guide cross-functional teams and promote shared ownership.
• Reassess scope, budget, and schedules when conditions change.
• Identify process gaps and roll out improved practices across projects.
• Help colleagues remove blockers and protect quality standards.
• Provide input on hiring and team structure based on project needs.
