Job summary

EPAM Systems is looking for a Delivery Manager with strong AI expertise to steer high-impact projects in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment. You will partner with teams across the organization to ensure initiatives run efficiently and align with company priorities.

The role requires at least five years in technical engineering and several years in senior/lead/manager roles, with a track record of managing teams of five or more. English proficiency is essential for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of pertinent experience grounded in technical engineering.
• Two-plus years in Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner capacities.
• Proven history of managing projects with five or more full-time staff.
• Deep knowledge of solution architecture with proficiency in Agentic AI.
• Python scripting with understanding of core AI technology.
• Background in Project Management and Delivery Management across varied project types.
• Hands-on exposure to Digital Project Management scenarios.
• Understanding of Delivery Management relating to cloud infrastructure and environments.
• Experience in Digital Marketing Project Management to aid campaigns.
• Strong English fluency at least B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Guide initiatives from inception through completion, aligning outcomes with business objectives.
• Act as the connector between internal departments and external partners across projects.
• Shape planning to set deadlines, checkpoints, and resource distribution.
• Monitor concurrent work, identify risks, and provide solutions.
• Lead recurring check-ins and share progress with leadership.
• Build solid client relationships to stay attuned to requirements and outcomes.
• Direct multi-functional teams and promote ownership and accountability.
• Renegotiate project boundaries, finances, and schedules as needed.
• Identify improvement areas and roll out better practices across projects.
• Help colleagues overcome challenges and remove blockers to output.
• Safeguard quality benchmarks at all delivery stages.
• Assist with staffing and team configuration based on project needs.
