Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Delivery Manager to coordinate end-to-end delivery for projects blending solution architecture with applied AI expertise.

You will align teams, timelines, budgets, and quality controls while managing risks across concurrent initiatives, maintaining client relationships and executive visibility. This role emphasizes leadership, architecture depth, and hands-on delivery management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical engineering discipline.
• 2+ years in roles such as Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner.
• Deep solution architecture expertise with practical experience in Agentic AI.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and foundational knowledge of core AI technologies.
• Experience spanning Project Management and Delivery Management across multiple project categories.
• Strong English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects end-to-end from kickoff through delivery, keeping outcomes aligned with targets.
• Coordinate communication between internal contributors and external partners.
• Create delivery plans with feasible deadlines, milestones, and resource assignments.
• Monitor multiple active projects, anticipate risks, and address issues promptly.
• Organize routine status meetings and share progress updates with executives and stakeholders.
• Cultivate client relationships to stay aligned with priorities and deliverables.
• Steer multidisciplinary teams and promote shared accountability and ownership.
• Update project scope, budget limits, and schedules when conditions change.
• Evaluate delivery processes and introduce improvements to ways of working.
• Unblock team members and support problem resolution to maintain progress.
