Job summary

EPAM Systems in Mexico is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong AI foundation to lead complex technology initiatives. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensure timely delivery, and drive improvements across multiple workstreams.

The role emphasizes collaboration, ownership, and strategic alignment with business outcomes, while leveraging cloud and AI concepts in delivery management.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a technical engineering role.
• Two or more years in senior/leadership capacities.
• Experience leading initiatives with five or more full-time employees.
• Advanced solution architecture knowledge with practical Agentic AI experience.
• Fluent English for cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from definition through completion with strategic impact.
• Serve as main communication channel between internal teams and external delivery partners.
• Develop project plans with deadlines and resource usage.
• Maintain visibility across parallel workstreams and address threats.
• Organize regular delivery check-ins with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Foster client relationships and evolving requirement handling.
• Manage diverse project teams and promote collaboration and ownership.
• Negotiate scope, budget, and delivery schedules.
• Recommend improvements to delivery practices and resourcing.
• Apply QA measures across delivery lifecycle.
