Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Delivery Manager with deep AI knowledge to lead complex, multi-national projects within a fast-moving, technology-centric environment. You will bridge internal teams and external partners, shape plans with realistic milestones, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage budgets and scope, and identify opportunities to improve processes across engagements. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Five years or more of applicable background rooted in technical engineering work.
• A minimum of two years in Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner-type positions.
• Proven history of steering projects with teams of five or more full-time employees.
• Advanced understanding of solution architecture with hands-on capability in Agentic AI.
• Practical Python scripting skills and working knowledge of fundamental AI technologies.
• Experience in Digital Project Management and Delivery Management across various projects.
• Exposure to Digital Marketing Project Management and campaign execution.
• Strong command of English, at least B2 proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Carry projects from kickoff to delivery, aligning results with organizational aims.
• Serve as the central communication bridge among internal groups and external collaborators.
• Set deadlines, milestones, and resource distribution; manage multiple ongoing efforts.
• Monitor risks and apply fixes; host progress meetings with senior leadership.
• Maintain client relationships to adapt to changing demands and outcomes.
• Supervise cross-functional teams and promote shared ownership.
• Adjust scope, budget, and scheduling as needed to meet conditions.
• Identify opportunities to refine processes and improve practices.
