We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. .NET Core Engineer to join our Applications team in Guadalajara, Mexico. This role is ideal for an early-career software engineer looking to gain hands‑on experience developing enterprise‑scale backend services and REST APIs using modern Microsoft technologies.
The successful candidate will contribute to the development, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of backend applications within an Agile/Scrum environment. Working alongside developers, QA engineers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and DevOps teams, the engineer will learn and apply industry best practices including Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, source control, CI/CD concepts, cloud technologies, and AI‑assisted software development.
This position is suitable for a graduate or junior backend developer with foundational .NET knowledge who is seeking to build experience within enterprise software development environments. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, adaptable, and passionate about software engineering best practices.
The candidate is not expected to be a DevOps engineer, cloud specialist, or AI specialist. However, they should understand the overall software‑development lifecycle, including implementing and testing changes locally, managing source code, participating in CI/CD processes, supporting deployment activities, and utilizing modern AI‑assisted development tools responsibly within a professional engineering workflow.
