Kellanova’s Global Business Services is seeking a Senior Deduction Analyst to lead deduction resolution, collection performance, and customer account health for a major retail client. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive analytical insight and operational excellence.

Within the Invoice to Cash team, you will investigate deductions, manage client relationships, and monitor receivables while supporting process improvements and standardized practices.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience managing retail deductions and collections within a customer-facing Invoice to Cash environment.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience supporting large retail customers.
• Hands-on experience using CRM systems and deduction management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, collection processes, deductions, and payment resolution.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications

Responsabilidades

• Retail Deduction Management — Investigate, validate, and resolve customer deductions while ensuring accurate processing and adherence to policies.
• Customer Partnership — Serve as a key contact for client accounts, resolving financial disputes and payment issues.
• Collections & Receivables Performance — Manage collection activities and receivable balances to support cash flow.
• Data Analysis & Issue Resolution — Analyze deduction and payment trends, identify root causes, and suggest improvements.
• Process Optimization — Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and standardize deduction management.
