WK Kellogg Co in Querétaro is looking for an Invoice to Cash Analyst specializing in Deduction/Collection to maximize cash flow, resolve deductions, and ensure timely payments. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet SLA’s and KPI’s in a strong control environment.

The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, and adherence to GAAP/SOX within ITC processes. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience (collections, deductions, or customer service).
• Proficient with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, ensuring a solid understanding of their policies and WK Kellogg’s terms of sale.
• Resolve aged receivables and invalid deductions by coordinating with internal teams and external buyers.
• Manage various types of deductions, including pricing, shipment, and miscellaneous deductions.
• Handle order holds and releases and contribute to sales strategy discussions.
