SWBC is seeking a talented individual in Mexico to supervise activities related to client insurance coverage data entry. This role involves managing the data entry team, handling employee evaluations, and ensuring client inquiries are resolved timely and accurately.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience and strong organizational skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. A high school diploma is required, and some college coursework is preferred.

Formación

• At least 3 years’ experience in Banking, Insurance, Customer Service or related fields.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to operate a PC and basic office equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the data entry team, prioritizing and scheduling workflow.
• Conduct employee performance appraisals and approve time off requests.
• Resolve loan insurance inquiries via telephone or written communication.
• Verify and update loan insurance information for clients.
• Oversee integration with automated systems.
