Job summary

SWBC Mexico is seeking a customer service specialist to support loan portfolios for financial institutions, insurance agents, and borrowers. You will assess and update collateral protection insurance coverage and identify uninsured loans.

Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, updating loan insurance data, and ensuring accuracy in the documentation and data systems. A high school diploma and related experience are required; pre-employment drug testing applies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
• 0-6 months of data entry, inbound/outbound or related call center experience; banking/insurance preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and telephone etiquette skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolves inbound and outbound service calls regarding routine collateral protection insurance coverage questions, inquiries and/or problems on loan insurance; researches, verifies, updates information, and documents history.
• Refer complex questions or complaints to appropriate resources to ensure customer satisfaction and product integrity.
• Assist in time-sensitive account maintenance before and after processing cycles.
