SWBC Mexico is seeking a talented individual to supervise the data entry team and manage client insurance coverage information. The role includes prioritizing and monitoring daily workflow, hiring, and resolving loan inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, at least three years in banking or insurance, and strong organizational skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalency, college coursework preferred.
• 3+ years in Banking, Insurance, or Customer Service, with 2 years supervisory.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise data entry team, prioritize and monitor daily workflow.
• Assist in hiring, appraisals, and approving leave requests.
• Resolve loan insurance inquiries and updates.
