Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Data Center Technician to join our Infrastructure Operations team. The role focuses on hardware and network diagnostics, on-site repair, and supporting 24/7 data center availability.

You will install equipment, document procedures, and help improve reliability while coordinating with teammates. The job requires willingness to work rotating shifts and handle physical tasks.

Formación

• 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
• 1+ years of data center experience.
• High school or equivalent diploma.
• 2+ years of computer networking experience.

Responsabilidades

• Experience working in a Data Center environment.
• Understanding of network design, protocols and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of storage devices.
• Experience in Hardware diagnostics and repair.
• Software installation and configuration.
• Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system
