Amazon Data Services MX, S. de is seeking a Data Center Technician to join the Infrastructure Operations team. The role focuses on hardware and network diagnostics, repair, and documentation to ensure high availability in a 24/7 data center environment.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in IT or CS and experience with Linux and networking. The position may involve on-call duties and working both independently and with the team to maintain service levels.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or a related field.
• Experience with networking and Linux.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and handle physical equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Experience working in a Data Center environment.
• Understanding of network design, protocols, troubleshooting and storage devices.
• Experience in Hardware diagnostics and repair.
• Software installation and configuration.
• Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system.
• Identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Process documentation and standardization across operational workflows.
