Amazon in Querétaro is seeking a Manager I, Shift Manager, responsible for leading a team to ensure operational efficiency and safety. This role requires hands-on leadership in managing a diverse workforce and implementing corrective actions to maintain high productivity.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in performance metrics and process improvement. The position requires flexibility for shift work, including weekends and holidays.
