Job summary

D&D IMS En Linea S de RL de CV is seeking a Sales Advocate for its Guadalajara, JAL on-site role. You will prospect and develop new sales opportunities with integrators and channel partners, manage the full sales cycle, present data center solutions, and prepare quotes to support clients in selecting equipment.

You'll maintain relationships, respond to inquiries, coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery, and keep CRM updated with activities and pipeline status.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
• Experience in technology or data center equipment sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new sales opportunities with integrators and channel partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and follow‑up.
• Present and promote data center products and solutions, prepare quotes, and support clients in selecting equipment.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers, respond to inquiries, coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery, and update CRM with sales activities and pipeline status.
• Participate in product and sales training, stay current on key brands and technologies, and contribute to sales strategies and campaigns.
