BULL-IT SOLUTIONS LTD seeks a Hands & Feet IT Support professional to assist the data center with Compute, Storage, Backup, and Network tasks. You will perform IMAC services, hardware/software troubleshooting, and VIP support for events and meetings, including AV setup and conference tech.

The role includes basic network troubleshooting, server mounting/movement, and office 365 support. You will coordinate with vendors and ensure SLA adherence in a busy IT environment at our Chihuahua site.

Formación

• Hands-on IT support experience including IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services.
• L1 level network troubleshooting and remote connectivity support.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, peripherals, and software according to standards.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Provide VIP, high-touch IT support for meetings, conferences, and AV equipment.
• Assist with DHCP, DNS, and LAN connectivity issues at the site.
• Mount, move, and rack servers and network devices in the data center.
• Maintain IT inventory and assist with procurement and vendor coordination.
