Infosys is seeking an on-site IT support specialist to provide hands and feet assistance in the data center, covering compute, storage, backup, and network components. You will perform IMAC tasks, handle mobile and non-PC devices, and offer VIP, high-touch service while coordinating with vendors for issue resolution.
The role includes labelling racks, mounting servers, managing networking and printer setups, and ensuring SLA compliance.
Formación
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT assets and software per standards.
- Hardware/software troubleshooting and resolution.
- Perform IMAC services and support peripherals like scanners and printers.
- Provide VIP, high-touch IT support and manage AV/conferencing tech.
- L1 level network troubleshooting for LAN connectivity.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues and document resolutions.
Responsabilidades
- Hands & feet support for DC (Compute, Storage, Backup, Network).
- Support for physical servers, network devices, and storage hardware.
- Device reboot, console access, cable/SFP changes, racking/stacking.
- Install and maintain peripherals, printers, and office devices.
- Support MAC devices and Office 365 environments.
- Ensure SLA adherence and record incidents for knowledge base.
