Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Mexico is seeking an experienced Cost Manager to lead cost planning, budgeting, procurement, and commercial management for workplace fit-out, renovations, and portfolio projects across occupier client portfolios.

You will collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure accurate cost forecasting, timely reporting, and rigorous financial control, helping deliver projects on time and within budget while aligning with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 5+ years in Cost Management or commercial control on occupier/real estate projects.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and contract administration.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Prepare feasibility estimates, budgets, and cost plans across all project phases.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and forecast costs.
• Review drawings and specs for quantity take-offs and cost analyses.
• Conduct benchmarking using market data and historical costs.
• Prepare and present cost reports to stakeholders.
• Support investment decisions with accurate cost forecasting.
