Job summary

DiDi Global Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a data‑driven BI Analyst intern to turn data into actionable insights for DiDi’s delivery business in Mexico.

You will collaborate with the CX team to understand data needs, design reports, and build alert systems that keep the business informed. You will learn to apply AI‑driven analytics within BI workflows and gain hands‑on experience with SQL, Python, Excel, and dashboard tools.

Qualifications

• Active student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related analytical field.
• Data-driven mindset with interest in actionable insights and continuous improvement.
• AI curiosity and willingness to learn generative AI and coding assistants to enhance analysis.
• Basic hands-on knowledge of Excel and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CX team and stakeholders to understand data needs under guidance.
• Design and develop reports and alert systems to improve access to key information.
• Continuously refine and update reports to align with evolving business requirements.
• Explore and integrate AI-driven analytics features within BI reports to surface key metrics.
• Conduct training sessions to help users leverage reports and foster a data-driven culture.
• Assist with documentation and datasets preparation for analysis.
