Become a strategic Business Partner in the creation of stakeholder value by leveraging data to deliver insightful, timely, and accurate information and recommendations that lead to customer-centric improvements in the operation of DiDi's delivery business in Mexico.

The successful candidate must be able to conduct data driven analysis, gather and consolidate relevant data using various sources and data-manipulation tools, identify key insights and present findings to the team and other stakeholders, demonstrating attention to detail, data-driven thinking and clear communication.

In this role, you'll be...

Collaborate with the CX team and other internal stakeholders to understand their data needs, under the guidance of the team leader.

Design and develop reports and alert systems to improve access to key business information.

Continuously refine and update reports to align with evolving business requirements.

• Explore and integrate AI-driven analytics features within BI reports to proactively surface key metrics.

Document Insights & Best Practices

Conduct training sessions to help users leverage reports for business insights and foster a data-driven decision-making culture.

Support Business Process teams and other stakeholders by integrating user manuals and documentation to ensure proper report usage, utilizing generative AI tools to streamline the drafting and structuring of technical documentation.

Learn and Apply BI & AI Tools

Gain hands-on experience with business intelligence tools (SQL, Python, Excel, Dashboard creators) and modern Artificial Intelligence workflows to generate insights.

Assist BI team members in qualitative research and analysis, exploring AI tools for text and sentiment analysis to better understand the voice of the customer.

Observe and learn from experienced BI team members to understand best practices in data analysis and reporting.

Support the team in organizing and preparing datasets for analysis, learning how AI can accelerate routine data cleaning and prep workflows.

A relevant academic background: You are an active student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related analytical discipline.

• A data-driven mindset: You have a strong interest in roles that provide actionable insights to organizations (such as Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, or Business Consulting), coupled with a genuine passion for numbers and continuous improvement.
• An AI curiosity: You have a strong interest in learning and applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools - such as generative AI and coding assistants to enhance data analysis, streamline workflows, and boost productivity.

Core technical foundations: You possess basic hands-on knowledge of Excel and SQL.

Strong collaborative abilities: You bring excellent communication and teamwork skills, allowing you to effectively share insights and work alongside diverse stakeholders.

Language proficiency: You are fluent in English (B2 - C1 level)

A strong plus (Bonus): Familiarity with data programming languages like Python or R.
