The role involves inventory analysis, order fulfillment, and collaboration with planning teams to drive operational excellence across the unit.

Formación

• This role requires a quantity of data analysis and trend identification for supply and demand activities.
• Degree in SCM/Operations/Business and 2–4 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP/ERP and reporting tools is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manages supply chain processes including inventory analysis, order fulfillment, import/export and shipping for a regional/global unit.
• Produces reports using IT systems and analyzes data to develop trends for supply and demand activities.
• Leads analysis for backlog management.
• Gathers demand data from country, region and account managers to contribute to demand planning.
• Colllaborates with planning teams to maintain and enhance current processes.
• Drives operational excellence by reviewing and improving processes.
• Monitors performance metrics and identifies opportunities for improvement.
• Communicates requirements and guidelines to planning teams.
• Provides training or direction for junior staff.

The role maintains current business processes and performance metrics by collaborating with regional and global business unit planning teams, and identifies opportunities to streamline and optimize operational processes. The role supports priority projects and communicates requirements to the regional and global business unit planning teams.

Responsibilities

• Manages supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis, order fulfillment, import/export operations and shipping, for a regional or global business unit.
• Produces reports using IT systems and analyzes data to develop trends for supply and demand activities, and articulates findings to management.
• Leads the analysis conducted for backlog management.
• Gathers demand data from country, region, and account managers to contribute to demand planning.
• Collaborates with regional and global business unit planning teams to maintain and enhance current business processes.
• Drives business outcomes and operational excellence based on the continuous review of current processes.
• Drives the review of performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Communicates requirements and guidelines to the regional and global business unit planning teams.
• Provides training or general direction for junior staff members.

Education & Experience

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
