The Servigistics Super User is the process owner and subject matter expert responsible for driving the effective use, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Servigistics planning platform across the AMS Service Supply Chain organization. This role partners with Planning Managers, planners, COE, IT, and global stakeholders to ensure planning processes are standardized, data quality is maintained, and business requirements are translated into scalable system solutions. The position leads testing, deployment readiness, issue resolution, training, and ongoing optimization activities while supporting adoption of global planning standards. The Super User acts as the primary liaison between the business and technical teams to maximize planning automation, improve planning outcomes, and ensure stable business operations within the Servigistics ecosystem.
Impacts function and leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.
Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
