Danfoss is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Reynosa, MX. You will serve as the main contact for customers, managing inquiries, orders, and information flow across sales and operations.

You’ll collaborate with Sales Account Managers and plant personnel, using ERP/CRM and related systems to provide informed guidance. A degree and customer service experience are required, with a focus on accuracy and responsiveness.

Formación

• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• At least three years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; customer-focused.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, research, multitasking and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP or similar systems is an advantage.

The Impact You'll Make

As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in creating a reliable and positive experience for our customers. As a primary customer contact, you’ll provide timely information, manage orders accurately, and help resolve inquiries by connecting customers with the right people and resources. Your impact? Through proactive communication, active listening, and strong relationship-building skills, you’ll help customers get the support they need while contributing to service quality, process improvement, and stronger collaboration across the business. You’ll collaborate with Sales Account Managers, plant personnel, IT partners, and Customer Service colleagues while taking ownership of important customer service and order management processes. What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as a primary customer contact, providing timely and helpful information through email, phone, and customer portals.
• Manage customer orders accurately and efficiently, helping ensure requests are processed on time.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers, plant personnel, IT partners, and Customer Service colleagues to address customer needs.
• Use ERP, CRM, pricing, EDI, and internal information systems to research inquiries and provide customers with informed guidance.
• Support customer escalations, process improvements, and service-quality initiatives in partnership with your manager and colleagues.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelors Degree
• At least three years of customer service experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a genuine commitment to helping customers and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, research, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP or similar business systems is an advantage.
