Uline, a North American leader in shipping and packaging materials, is seeking a Credit Analyst at the Monterrey branch. You will review orders, analyze credit history and reports, and set credit limits to keep customer orders moving efficiently.

Ideal candidates have a finance or accounting degree, 2+ years in credit or related fields, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong Excel/Word skills to prepare insights for leadership and support decision-making across operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish, both written and verbal.
• 2+ years of credit, customer service or collections experience.
• MS Word and MS Excel proficiency.
• Strong analytical, multitasking and decision-making abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Review a high volume of orders daily, analyzing account history and credit reports to set credit limits.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email regarding credit decisions and inquiries.
• Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership for decisions.
• Evaluate high-risk or potentially fraudulent orders and take appropriate action.

Position Responsibilities

• Review a high volume of customer orders daily, analyzing account history, credit reports and payment trends to determine credit limits.
• Provide excellent customer service through phone and email communications related to credit decisions and account inquiries.
• Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership to support business decisions.
• Evaluate high-risk or potentially fraudulent order activity and take appropriate action.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree. A focus in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - 100% in both verbal and written forms.
• 2+ years of experience in credit, customer service or collections a plus.
• Experienced in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical, multitasking and decision-making skills.
