Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice in Juárez, seeking a Customer Services Representative to support our extraordinary teams in Juárez Sur. You will handle customer inquiries, apply system tools, and strive for first-call resolutions to keep customers satisfied.

The role emphasizes English communication, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to interpret customer needs and provide effective solutions.

Report to the Program Management Manager. The Customer Services Representative’s role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

• Appropriately utilize system applications and resources to accurately and effectively in providing comprehensive and high-quality services for all customers’ needs.
• Handle enquiries and resolve customer problems and complaints with care and efficiency and ensure one call resolution.
• Maintain customer service standards during high-pressure situations such as increased call volume, fewer resources or challenging customers.
• Experience in Electronic Industry (desirable).

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Intermediate English.
• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree.
• Identify situations in which the customer requires further explanation or training and effectively provide a solution for the customer as needed.
• Interpret customer needs, recognize symptoms, causes and solutions.
