Flex is seeking a Warehouse Manager for the Juarez South Site to lead receiving, warehousing and distribution activities, ensuring safe operations and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, bilingual Spanish/English, and strong managerial, analytical, and problem-solving skills to optimize inventory, processes and budgets. You will report to the Warehouse Director and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by coordinating policies and procedures.
• Comply with warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements and advise management.
• Safeguard warehouse operations by establishing and monitoring security procedures.
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling data.
• Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning layouts and inspecting equipment.
• Assist in achieving financial objectives by budgeting and analyzing variances.
• Monitor business volume and determine appropriate work schedules.
• Set productivity targets and establish controls to meet objectives.
• Present information to management and customers.

Reporting to the Warehouse Director the Warehouse Manager's role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Complies with local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Monitors volume of business and determines appropriate work schedule.
• Sets productivity and establishes necessary controls to ensure objectives are met.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelors Degree and relevant experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
• Demonstrates expert functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
• Demonstrates detailed expertise in very complex functional/technical area or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areas.
• Ability to effective present information to management and customers.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
