Flex is seeking a Process Engineering Technician in Aguascalientes, Mexico to provide technical support for SMT lines and maintain equipment in optimal condition. You will help improve processes, increase yield, and ensure product quality while prioritizing safety.

The role requires basic electronics knowledge, intermediate English, and familiarity with Flex Flow. Candidates should be able to work a varied schedule and collaborate with peers to drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing

Formación

• High school diploma required; engineering in electronics/industrial field desirable.
• Basic knowledge of electronics.
• Intermediate level of English.
• PC and Office suite proficiency.
• Knowledge of Flex Flow or similar applications.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to SMT lines.
• Improve and develop processes focusing on cost reduction.
• Increase productivity and efficiency of SMT lines.
• Ensure product quality and drive continuous improvement to meet yield targets.
• Eliminate safety risks for line personnel and prevent scrap.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams that create excellent products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a Process Engineering Technician located in Aguascalientes, Mexico, whose main function will be to provide technical support to the assigned areas to maintain the SMT equipment in optimal conditions, ensuring and complying with quality, as well as the efficiency of the lines.

What a typical day looks like

• Provide technical support to SMT lines
• Improve and develop processes focused on cost reduction
• Increase productivity and efficiency of SMT lines
• Ensure product quality and work on continuous improvement to keep yield within target
• Eliminate safety risks for line personnel, in addition to taking care of product integrity by avoiding the generation of Scrap

The experience we’re looking to add to our team

• High school diploma (TSU or Engineering in Electronics, Industrial or related field is desirable)
• Basic knowledge of electronics
• Intermediate level of English
• PC and Office suite management
• Knowledge of local and regional applications such as Flex Flow, etc.
• Availability of schedule

• Proactivity and ability to make decisions under pressure
