Confie is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Benito Juárez, Mexico. The role focuses on answering incoming/outgoing calls, providing accurate information, and assisting customers with inquiries and account questions.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of call center experience and strong customer service skills. Proficiency in English (B2 or higher) and solid basic computer skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Incoming/outgoing calls, providing accurate and helpful information
• Supports customers with inquiries, account questions, and general assistance
• Troubleshoots basic issues and escalates complex cases when necessary
• Delivers a positive and empathetic customer experience
• Document interactions clearly and efficiently
