THE CALL GURUS is seeking a customer service advocate to assist U.S. citizens with tax resolution and IRS obligations. You will receive calls, explain the program, and build rapport with clients to resolve issues.

The role requires empathy, clear communication, and on-site presence near Zapopan Centro, with a full-time shift. Benefits include a net monthly salary, hiring bonus, weekends off, social security, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and various leave and voucher programs.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or call-center roles.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.

Responsabilidades

• Receive incoming calls and explain how the program works.
• Answer questions and resolve basic concerns with empathy.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth tax resolution process.
• On-site work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00–20:00 near Zapopan Centro.

CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR TAX RESOLUTION

Assist U.S. citizens in resolving tax issues and managingtheir IRS obligations.

A tax relief advocate agent acts as an intermediary between taxpayers and tax authorities to resolve tax debt,penalties, or compliance issues.

POSITION OVERVIEW

You will receive incoming calls, and you will help our customers understand how our program works and answer any question they have. Empathy, great communication skills and building rapport are your best assets! Keep in mind that this position is to work on-site (Near Zapopan Centro) and it's a full-time shift. Monday to Friday, between 7 am and 8 pm.
