The Law Offices of Robert M. Geller, P.A. is seeking a bilingual Client Service professional to join our team in Mexico. This role focuses on onboarding new clients, guiding them through initial steps, and ensuring a positive first impression.

You will bring 1+ year of relevant experience, fluent English, and strong communication and persuasion skills. Schedule is Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00, with one rotating Saturday per 7–9 weeks; 17,000 MXN monthly after taxes plus Mexican legal benefits.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in Client Service or a similar field.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

$17,000 MXN/month after taxes + Mexican Legal Benefits

What we’re looking for:

• 1+ year of experience in Client Service, BDR, or a similar field
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Goal-oriented and competitive

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

One Saturday per rotation every 7–9 weeks, paid as overtime, plus an additional bonus for working on Saturday.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist potential new clients with their initial process and a brief questionnaire
• Onboard new clients to our portals
• Provide a positive and professional first experience for new clients
