TATA Consultancy Services Limited Mexico is seeking a customer service agent to handle inbound inquiries from US customers. This on-site role requires fluency in English and Spanish and is limited to Mexican nationals residing in Guadalajara or Queretaro.

Formación

• 1 year minimum experience in customer service.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Mexican nationals only.
