Concentrix is hiring Customer Service Agents fluent in English to support customers in Mexico City with inbound/outbound calls or online channels. The role focuses on resolving routine problems and delivering quality customer experiences.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months minimum of experience in call center customer service (desired).
• Intermediate - Advanced English level.
• Ability to work under constant changes.

• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
• Reliable with strong attention to detail.
• Skilled in multitasking; ability to be flexible and adapt to change quickly.
• Shift rotation capability as needed.
• Based on location and/or program, additional experience/skills may be required.
