Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide order management support for North America, including order entry, allocation, returns, and invoicing adjustments.
• Coordinate order status, pricing, and delivery to customers.
• Maintain and update SAP and Customer Portal contact information.
• Communicate supply issues to customers via open order reports.
• Liaise with Sales and Account Management to ensure timely delivery commitments.
