Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Customer Sales Specialist I to support sales operations and customer service across assigned accounts. You will coordinate between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline quotations, orders, and fulfillment.

The role requires 2+ years in sales support, advanced English, and experience with quoting processes and ERP systems. Hybrid work arrangement with in-office days and optional remote days enhances collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales support or similar roles.
• Advanced English (oral and written).
• Experience with quoting processes.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with BOM is a plus.
• Salesforce knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales support and customer service operations for assigned accounts.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries, pre-sales questions, and post-sales issues.
• Serve as the primary connection between customers, suppliers, and internal Arrow teams (field sales, engineering, purchasing, and marketing).
• Oversee the complete quotation, ordering, and fulfillment lifecycle for key suppliers and clients.
• Manage demand creation, contracts, returns, invoicing, and joint performance calls with suppliers and clients to drive key metrics.
