Arrow Electronics in Mexico is seeking a Sales Operations Associate II to support the sales team and manage order processes for key customer accounts. You will coordinate quotes, orders, pricing, and delivery status while collaborating with internal teams to resolve pre- and post-sales issues.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in sales support, experience with ERP (Oracle preferred), strong Excel skills, and fluent English.

Formación

• 2-3 years experience in similar roles providing support to Sales teams or in a Sales role.
• Experience managing an ERP (Oracle Preferred).
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills to analyze data and present reports.
• English proficiency with excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage overall account relationships and day-to-day sales activities for assigned customers.
• Coordinate quotations, demand fulfillment, and troubleshoot customer requirements with internal/external resources.
• Oversee Quote-to-Order processes and order prep for specified customers; coordinate pricing and resources.
• Liaise with sales and other departments to resolve returns, invoicing, shipping and credit issues promptly.
• Maintain Perfect Order Index (POI) and inventory integrity to minimize write-offs.
