Danfoss in Mexico is seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer to strengthen manufacturing quality and drive robust processes. You will support audits, establish quality control plans, and lead root-cause investigations across production, engineering, and operations.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement, and ensuring products meet customer expectations and industry standards in a global context.

Formación

• Experience applying core quality tools such as PPAP, MSA, Control Plans, PFMEA, calibration systems, and manufacturing work instructions.
• Experience supporting quality processes within a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement practices.
• Advanced English communication skills for collaborating across teams and functions.
• Strong problem-solving skills using structured methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone Analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Support and improve quality management processes and audits to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate the use of quality tools across manufacturing processes to strengthen process stability and product quality.
• Establish and maintain quality control plans and inspection points to ensure consistent production performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement quality requirements for new products and process changes before release.
• Lead and support root cause investigations, corrective actions, and preventive actions to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
