Danfoss GmbH in Apodaca, MX is hiring a Customer Quality Engineer Jr. You will support the Quality team by analyzing data, following up on customer complaints, and helping improve customer satisfaction through timely responses.
Key tasks include analyzing complaint KPIs, using 8D, 5 Whys and Ishikawa to identify root causes, and coordinating containment actions with internal teams and external partners. Advanced English, a bachelor's in engineering, and 1–2 years in quality roles are required.
Formación
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical field.
- 1–2 years of experience in quality functions.
- Proven experience in customer quality, manufacturing quality, or engineering roles with direct exposure to complaint handling.
Responsabilidades
- Analyze customer complaint KPIs such as PPMs and response time.
- Use problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa) to identify root causes.
- Monitor corrective actions and verify their effectiveness.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to contain issues and protect customers.
