Job summary

QST SOLUTIONS Limited seeks a Customer Quality Engineer in Mexicali to lead quality initiatives, ensuring customer satisfaction across cross-functional teams and maintaining compliance with automotive requirements.

You will drive certifications, strengthen the Quality Management System, and lead efforts to reduce defects and warranty costs while collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years as a Customer Quality Engineer in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Systems and customer-specific requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality activities to ensure customer satisfaction and strong stakeholder relationships.
• Advance continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, scrap and warranty costs.
• Drive certification projects and maintain the Quality Management System.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and customers on quality initiatives.
