Job summary

Autoliv Mexico is seeking a Customer Quality Manager to act as the main liaison for customer quality topics on site in Tijuana. You will monitor voice of the customer, drive improvements in the customer scorecard, and lead meetings, audits, and program reviews to address escalation concerns.

You will understand CSR requirements, ensure internal alignment, and support APQP/PPAP activities to deliver on time and right the first time.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Advanced English skills.
Experience as Quality Manager or Customer Quality Supervisor.
Willingness to travel.
Knowledge of customer scorecards and core tools.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and the organization for quality topics.
Ensure VoC is monitored and actions are taken to keep it at an optimal level.
Drive customer scorecard improvement within the division.
Lead customer meetings, audits, and program reviews during escalations.
Understand CSR requirements and align internal teams accordingly.
Support APQP/PPAP activities to ensure timely, first-time-right deliverables.
Promote a customer-first mindset and coach 8D RCA/CA/PA and Yokoten.
Lead technical assessments and support sign-off of warranty agreements; monitor warranty costs.
