Versigent is seeking a Quality Customer Care Engineer to ensure customer satisfaction through complaint response procedures aligned with customer requirements and PFMEA updates. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on continuous improvement in automotive wire harness manufacturing.

Advanced English and supervisory experience are essential, as is a strong track record in the automotive sector.

Formación

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field completed.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience as a Supervisor.
  • Minimum experience in the automotive industry, preferably in wire harness manufacturing.
  • Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and statistical data analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with customer-specific requirements.
  • Monitor, analyze, and improve customer KPIs through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the plant for quality-related matters.
  • Lead customer complaint management processes, ensuring timely responses, root cause analysis, containment actions, and implementation of permanent corrective actions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Manage quality alerts, interim containment actions (ICA), sorting activities, and RMA processes.
  • Review warranty returns and lead investigations to identify root causes.
  • Maintain effective communication with customer quality representatives to avoid escalations.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements and communicate updates to all affected plant departments.
  • Prepare and deliver customer quality reports and presentations.
  • Promote lessons learned and best practices to improve quality performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform any other duties related to the position as assigned.

YOUR ROLE:

The Quality Customer Care Engineer has direct responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction through customer complaint response procedures according with customer specific requirements, 8D, DPS, DPRTS, Customer Portal, control plan execution and PFMEA update.

YOUR BACKGROUND:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field (completed).
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Previous experience as a Supervisor.
  • Minimum experience in the automotive industry, preferably in wire harness manufacturing.
  • Advanced computer skills and proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and statistical data analysis skills.
  • Leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-oriented with excellent organizational and work management skills.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Automotive manufacturing environment.
  • Wire harnesses (electrical harnesses) production and quality systems.
  • Customer quality management, problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, etc.), and continuous improvement tools.
