Lenovo is seeking an experienced executive operations professional to support the General Manager and senior leaders. You will drive business operations, coordinate strategic projects, and craft executive communications to enable efficient decision-making.

This role offers broad exposure across Finance, Sales, HR, Legal, Marketing, and Operations, with dashboard maintenance and strong analytical responsibilities to translate data into actionable insights.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in consulting, business operations, project management, finance, sales operations, strategy, or related fields.
  • Advanced English communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to work flexibly with the organization’s objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on structure and execution.
  • Travel 10% (Mainly QBRs meetings).

Responsabilidades

  • Support the GM in tracking key business priorities, initiatives, and deliverables.
  • Monitor revenue, quota attainment, forecast accuracy, and operational metrics.
  • Coordinate regular business reviews and follow-up activities.
  • Help maintain executive dashboards and business scorecards.
  • Manage and track strategic projects across multiple functions.
  • Ensure timely completion of action items, deadlines, and milestones.
  • Coordinate project updates and status reports for leadership reviews.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and escalation needs.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations for leadership meetings and reviews.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Attend selected meetings with the GM and capture key points.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting logistics when required.
  • Set, track, and drive deadlines to ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinate delegation across functional teams as needed.
  • Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Facilitate cross-organizational communication and alignment.
  • Coordinate meeting agendas, documentation, follow-up actions, and governance.
