Formación

• Sales and customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients with friendly, efficient service.
• Perform accurate banking transactions, manage cash, deposits, and vault cash.
• Identify referral opportunities for new products based on client goals.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service options.
• Adhere to bank policies, controls, and regulatory procedures to safeguard assets.
• Ensure client needs are met and manage issues, escalating when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts and products offered.
• Provide an exceptional client experience measurable by service metrics.
