American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Villahermosa, Tabasco, Mexico seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, drive sales, and keep the store neat and welcoming. You will model AE Customer First behaviors and support a fast-paced retail environment.

You will engage customers, share product knowledge, participate in promotions, and assist with inventory, POS transactions, and backroom processes to maintain brand standards and achieve daily goals.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Able to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods of time with short rest breaks.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently deliver positive customer experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Promote AE loyalty programs and inform customers about each program.
• Use tools and technology to provide product knowledge and engage customers.
• Support coworkers by sharing knowledge and assisting in interactions.
• Suggest looks and trends to outfit customers based on their style.
• Promote AE and aerie brands through additional channels to customers.
• Handle register sales transactions quickly and accurately.
• Restock returns to the correct location; label and place damaged items correctly.
• Maintain brand standards for neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Manage merchandise flow from shipment to replenishment following SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy and escalate when needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
