American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate in Tuxtla Gutierrez, Chiapas, Mexico. You will generate sales by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, maintaining a neat and well-presented store, and role-modeling AE values and customer-first behaviors.

You will work with the Store Management Team to achieve daily sales goals, provide knowledgeable service, and support team members while keeping the store environment safe and welcoming for customers.

Formación

• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AE Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers of loyalty programs.
• Provide product knowledge to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees and assist in customer interactions.
• Suggest outfits and looks based on customer style and current promotions.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and channels to customers.
• Handle register transactions accurately in line with cash control procedures.
