Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. is seeking a motivated student to assist customer service teams with administrative tasks and order processing in a collaborative, on‑site role in San Luis Potosí, Mexico.

You will work with Technical Support, Logistics, and Operations to resolve issues and improve service. You will support order entry, expediting orders, change orders, and monitoring order status, while providing program guidance to customers and handling inbound and outbound calls to ensure timely

Qualifications

Bachelor's student in business, administration or related field.
Advanced English proficiency.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Change oriented with a bias for action.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

Assist other customer service associates with administrative duties.
Communicate with departments such as Technical Support, Logistics, and Operations to resolve customer issues.
Support ordering processing including order entry, expediting orders, change orders, and monitoring order status.
Resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth order flow.
Provide program guidance to customers and answer inquiries.
Handle inbound and outbound calls and manage routing and scheduling.
