Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related fields such as International Relations, Foreign Trade, or Industrial Engineering.
• 7+ years of IT project management experience supporting customs documentation audits and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with IMMEX, PROSEC, or Maquila schemes.
• Knowledge of import/export processes, trade regulations, and Incoterms.
• Proficiency with Oracle and SAP; strong Excel skills.
• Fluent English, strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects for Maquiladora processes, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
• Collaborate with foreign trade teams to ensure compliance with customs and tax authorities.
• Provide data-driven insights and risk assessments to guide decisions.
• Coordinate with vendors to maintain current functionality and deployments.
• Support daily customs operations activities.
