Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Interest in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, Coupa, or other procurement tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier sourcing and qualification activities.
• Support cost savings projects.
• Conduct spend, market, and pricing analysis.
• Assist with RFQs, bids, and supplier evaluations.
• Help create and track purchase orders and sourcing projects.
• Maintain procurement and supplier data in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Support negotiations through data gathering and benchmarking.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and savings tracking metrics.
• Assist with supplier performance and risk management activities
