Honeywell is seeking a Lead Customer Experience Specialist in San Luis Potosi on a Hybrid schedule. You will ensure successful fulfillment of order processing and purchasing requests, adhering to procedures to deliver excellent customer experience.

You will report to the Customer Experience Supervisor and work across SAP, Oracle and other ERP systems to maintain orders, contracts and projects, update customer accounts, and drive One-Honeywell excellence.

Formación

• 3+ years' experience in a Customer Services or related field.
• English proficiency.
• Experience working in a multi discipline team/multinational environment.
• Experience in reviewing and redesigning processes.
• Good understanding and operational experience to drive a One-Honeywell approach.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively engage in projects and process transitions within the department.
• Successful, timely accounting and lifecycle maintenance of all orders / contracts / projects / cases in the Honeywell systems.
• Responsible for updating customer accounts: submitting requests in SAP for customer creation/extension/amendment.
• Follow-up on approvals for customer creation/extension/amendment.
• Take inbound calls, emails and chats.
• Handle or manage multiple ERP systems.
