Honeywell International, Inc. in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, is seeking a Lead Customer Experience Specialist to ensure accurate order processing and purchasing activities, adhering to procedures to deliver excellent customer service.

You will report to the Customer Experience Supervisor, work hybrid from the San Luis Potosí location, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain lifecycle of orders, contracts, and projects in Honeywell systems.

Formación

• 3+ years' experience in a Customer Services or related field.
• English proficient.
• Experience in a multi discipline team/multinational environment.
• Experience in reviewing and redesigning processes.
• Good understanding and operational experience to drive a One-Honeywell approach.

Responsabilidades

• Proactive engagement in projects and process transitions within the department.
• Successful, timely accounting and lifecycle maintenance of all orders / contracts / projects / cases in the Honeywell systems.
• Responsible for updating customer accounts: submitting requests in SAP for customer creation/extension/amendment.
• Follow-up on approvals for customer creation/extension/amendment.
• Take in bound calls, emails and chats
• Handle or manage multiple ERP systems
